"Great place to stay at"

"When i first arrived I couldn’t complete the payment because their card machine couldn’t accept revolut payments. I am glad my friend was still next to me and made the payment. Another thing that I didn’t like was that my room was by the road… i am a light sleeper and the first two nights I couldn’t sleep from the traffic noises. Other than that I am pleased with the cleaning service and the nice breakfast. "

"We got there after 16 hours flaying at 1:30 am in the morning please was closedown I was very disappointed they’wast my time and money ,very very bad costumer service "

"The room was fine but the bathroom was not ok at all, the shower floods to the room everytime you take a shower. The breakfast was not nice"

"Two years ago, I have stayed in this hotel during business trip. Because of value for money at that time we decided to stay here during our vacation. Nothing has chanced and even get more better. The car park entrance has been modified and saver now. Overall, definitely a value for money hotel. "

"This hotel is half renovated. 1st and 2nd floors are fully renovated and great. 3rd, 4th & 5th floors the rooms are renovated but the hallways have terribly old carpets & it is dark. Make sure to get the rooms with the view and avoid the fifth floor. The staff only understand Turkish, but the are very freindly, if you can somehow get them to understand what you want. Dinnig area is clean and has a stunning view and has a decent variety of breakfast. Make sure to ask for an omlete and they...

"one of the worst experiences I have had. I was traveling with my wife and two small kids, first the receptionist didn’t give us our rooms although I had a confirmation for staying there for three nights and all paid for. She was claiming that it was not paid for by the booking company which was a complete lie and that we have to pay all over again or they will kick us out. Then the manager came who was very rude, abusive and swearing at us and my family which made my kids cry and get scared....
