"What a surprising stay. I booked this hotel only as an overnight stay to break up a long journey. Ibis hotels are always good value for money, clean and functional. This hotel was definitely up a level - or two. New, funky decore and modern pleasant room with small balcony. Efficient air con and good water pressure. Bed was also comfortable. "Ho hum. The hotel turns out to be a different hotel a little way down the street. The E17.00 breakfast is average - I’d suggest getting something at the nearby bakery and having breakfast on a bench by the river. So, overall it’s ok but probably a little past it’s best. "

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"You definitely get what you pay for on this one. Rooms are dated and cold. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes and shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. Breakfast: 16€ per person was a basic European breakfast old greasy bacon sitting in a pan next to a pan of eggs which appeared to have also been there since breakfast started. The fresh juice and coffee was the best part."
