The room is spacious but bit outdated. The bathroom is nice with a big bathtub. Overall a positive experience."

"hey went above and beyond- I asked for an airport pickup but they are 4 hours from Heraklion- so they offered to pick me up from bus station at Sitia instead. Little did I know that tthey were an hour return away from the bus station- and their bus broke down. Rather than have me wait they had a taxi greet me at the bus station to take me back- which would’ve cost them an absolute fortune. And they charged me nothing. "We enjoy rambling around ruins & beaches & tavernas -then returning to a comfortable abode. Hiona Holiday Hotel met this prefrence. A clean, uncomplicated small hotel with friendly staff/owners.
