"Arrived, booked the family suite room. They said they had probelms and my room was unavailable and there was no more rooms available. They transfered me across town to another one of their hotels. The room was lesser quality, hair in the sink, used soap in the bathroom, somking room, I didnt ask for a smoking room. The room was old and poor quailty. Turns out they gave my original room to a wedding party, how very unprofessional and scam like behavior. Dont stay with this hotel group. They are...

"The staff were very friendly from reception to dining, they were all happy to help and spoke english. The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff."

"The Hotel has a great design , is in the heart of the old town and there I felt very very comfortable . The breakfast could be better and richer but the freshly made Omelette was very good! Very good place for the price you pay! "
