We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. "Nice property with large rooms and great for a family of 4. One room had a light odor but the staff did their best to air out the room and remove the odor, but unfortunately the odor was still there. Staff were nice and very friendly. Overall great experience and parking was free. Will come back at this location. "
