It is located quite abit away from city center and there isn't much around it (with Ulaanbaatar traffic jam, u would want something closer if u want to explore the city). "We booked a room for 4 people but it wasn't for four! It was only for two and at reception they said it was misunderstanding. Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take. "The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room."

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though.
