"I have always stay at this hotel when in Tres Rios. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, walk outside and you are at the center of the area, mall, restaurants, park and night life. The morning complimentary breakfast is good. "

"Estadia bastante agradável. Quarto e banheiro pequenos, mas confortáveis. Alimentação muito saborosa e bem variada. Destaque para as sobremesas! A recreação é mediana. A área kids é fraquinha, nenhum dia teve monitor, sala um pouco escura e quase sem atrativos. As piscinas são muito boas. No geral pareceu um pouco caro, mas foi uma boa experiência, principalmente pela promoção de check-in bem cedo."

Desde o momento do check in com auxílio do Márcio que foi super atencioso e paciente com todas as explicações, com o serviço de quarto e limpeza, quanto no check out com o carinho do J. Geraldo acalmando minha filha. Totalmente recomendo o hotel! Parabéns para todo staff! O melhor do Brasil é o brasileiro!"

"This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "
