"Great location a 20 minute walk into the centre of Valencia , lovely comfortable room nice bed and great shower we had a room with a terrace which was lovely , hotel staff very friendly asked for a kettle and some mugs for the room no bother a nice touch a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. "The only reason I chose this hotel was because it is close to Valencia conference centre and When I made the booking other surrounding hotels were fully booked. The hotel room stinks, Wi-Fi didn’t work, the television didn’t work, the cups were dirty, etc. very bad experience, will never return. "

"Hotel was smart, clean and the room was modern and spacious with a nice balcony. Pool was lovely and the gym was decent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful and seemed happy to be working there. Only constructive points from me was to provide more water - 2 cartons on arrival is not enough; filtered water in bottles would be sufficient. Same goes for the lack of cups/glasses in the rooms, 2 paper cups on arrival didn't get replaced. I think for the cost of the sea view rooms, when...

"Myself, my husband and our toddler really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, as were the shared bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The coffee machine and pastries were a nice bonus too! Really friendly owners who we happened to meet in a cafe in town when they overheard us speaking in English. They were also really receptive to our requests and helped us with some recommendations in the local area. We would definitely stay here again and Moncofar...
