"Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing due to several serious issues with the rooms and overall environment. The entire second and third floors were filled with an overpowering, unpleasant perfume smell. We later discovered this was being used to mask an ongoing sewage leak in the hotel. "The hotel was good overall. The gym and pool were very good. The rooms are fine but lack good work area and storage. The breakfast is good not great, service was very slow on cooked to order items. The worst thing is they gave my checked in suitcase to another guest and we are still trying to recover it. They didn’t check the claim check which is completely unacceptable."
