I asked lots of questions that they had taken away and was grateful for their answers the following day. The service and level of care they provided was really wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful and maintained really well, it is a newer property but really does have excellent quality of rooms, food and amenities. "Love everything about this hotel. I stay here everytime I visit Mumbai. Beautiful clean rooms, exemplary customer service right from check in till check out. My flight was delayed and they extended my check out time by few hours which was very helpful. The restaurants in this hotel are just amazing. Must try! The morning breakfast is not to be missed either. "
