A special shout-out to Shubham and Darshan from the front office, who were always ready to assist with a friendly smile and made sure all my needs were met. The housekeeping team, including Raja and Aaksh, kept everything clean and tidy, making the place feel like a home away from home. I have been staying at the hotel for the past four weeks, and I must commend the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the rooms, which are well-maintained and comfortable. However, I regret to highlight that the condition of the dormitory washrooms falls significantly short of the hotel's otherwise high standards. Despite providing multiple rounds of feedback and raising concerns on several occasions, the issues remain unresolved. The washrooms continue to be untidy and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant experience for guests. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to bring the washroom facilities up to the level of quality that the rest of the hotel exemplifies.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a compact room, one can get everything required. Breakfast was enough, one can get all the basic and some Indian item too. It’s very convenient for US consulate trip. Only thing to point out is the suction for exhaust need cleaning, all dust settle there. On arrival one of the pillow cover was dirty, I was given fresh pillow cover at my request. Overall it was good stay.

The check-in process was smooth. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately confronted with a swarm of mosquitoes and a shower door that wouldn’t close properly. These issues need to be addressed promptly. Considering the value of money, I wouldn’t recommend this place.👎
