Only used as transit as was picking up family but hotel is beautiful, located in a very nice area close to the airport and the staff were 11/10….went out of their way to look after us and never even charged me for my kids meal Defo gonna come back and would 100% recommend to everyone coming to Mumbai

Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options that were fresh and beautifully prepared. Every meal was something to look forward to. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. This is our second time staying here. It’s conveniently located - close to the domestic and international airports. The staff are incredible. The food at the restaurants is very good too. I cannot fault this hotel on any front. Highly recommend it.

The property was spotless and well-maintained. The room was equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, TV, bath essentials, coffee/tea maker and more. A lovely gesture was the complimentary mango. The bathtub was spacious and the hotel provided bath slats and bubble bath. The pool and gym facilities were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The hotel’s prime location near many cafes added to the overall experience. The staff and service were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work.
