"First room bed was sunken and uncomfortable, also room was dark and looked into the parking garage. We requested a room change the second day, but the hotel was full, so we had to wait another day. Second room was much better, but the mattress was also a little sunken and needed to be replaced. Other than that, it was a large room, great for a long stay. Jacuzzi was a definite bonus (but lights around it were confusing). Would totally stay here again! Housekeeping was super friendly and helpful. Front desk attendant was clueless as far as getting us to the Tigercats game but we were able to navigate pretty easily. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
