"Never stayed. Tried to cancel a few days before due to a family and it was denied even if I took a reservation at another Comfort Inn in another city close to the family emergency. Not very compassionate. We stayed at another Comfort Inn in Belleville."

"We were not able to access the parking garage due to a police situation. We were told to figure out somewhere to park it was not the hotels problem. We drove around for 50 mins in some not so nice neighborhoods filled with very scary sketchy people. I asked the hotel to comp my parking since we were not able to access the parking garage and again was told not their problem. The security guard did not have a clue how to help us and keep people safe during g this situation. The staff was incredibly rude. We will never stay there again"

"Room was nicely renovated and very clean. Gym and pool were clean and we had fun using both amenities. Great for a night with two kids before a morning event downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby!"

"Lovely from the moment we pulled up, all staff were super helpful, the onsite cafe and restaurant are excellent. The area around the hotel is walkable and has lots of dining options. The views of the lake are stunning. A very nice stay!"
