"Booked the premium double and out room was on the 16th floor. Absolutely gorgeous in a great part of town, would definitely stay again :) Staff were lovely, got water in the room and some Nespresso coffee! Also a fridge in the room which was ideal on a very hot bank holiday. Couldn't recommended enough for a trip to Bristol!"

"The room is best described as a hotel pod! Very tiny, best suited for solo travellers for sure! Not suitable for tall people lol as our room at least was only 6 feet wide and the bed was the full of it. The bathroom did not have a closing door so no privacy at all for someone using the bathroom. The glass sliding door does not fully close. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. "The closeness to the terminal makes the extra expense worthwhile. When we went is was very busy in the restaurant and we were told it would be at least an hour if we wanted food."

"Everything was great! The room was as soundproof as could be everything was clean, the room temp was brilliant, considering we were in a heat wave the room was a cool 19 °. If I had to gripe about anything it would be that there wasn't any hash browns on the breakfast bar for 2 days. The staff do go beyond what's expected of them"

"The room and bathroom weren't huge but big enough for a short stay. Good to have aircon as it was 30 degrees out. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The terrace was a great place to sit and have a drink and watch the sunset. Breakfast wasnt buffet style but there was a good choice on the menu. Would definitely stay again."
