Lovely location, although it's a bus ride into Bath centre. River walks nearby, on site Italian restaurant. Good size room although en suite was quite cosy. Plenty of on site parking although they do make a charge.

They have paddle board rentals. You can sit under the bridge at tables and enjoy the view. The water wheel was wonderful to watch while having breakfast or dinner. The room cleaners were not very ,ood. They didn't wash the glasses, just rinsed them and turned them over.

The location of this hotel is great, at the side of the river, plenty of seating outside the hotel, with lovely views, couple of pubs across the bridge, which where great too. Plenty of parking which was £10, but didn’t mind paying that anyway, continental breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Definitely go back

A clean and well-maintained facility, especially considering its age. The room was a little small, but comfortable and adequate. The meals looked good and were well presented. However, the facility would benefit from some upgrades, particularly the installation of air conditioning. The fan provided was quite noisy, which made it less comfortable, especially at night.

There was no cooked breakfast sadly, but there was a good range of items for the continental breakfast. I stayed in the extension and I felt the rooms need updating, they were clean but a little small. It is such a beautiful setting and I felt that area of the hotel needs more to make it more attractive. I stayed on a very hot weekend but there is no AC and only a small fan. As a result the room was stiflingly hot! Future summers may also be hotter so unpleasant nights need to be better prepared for!

This is a charming hotel with a lovely view of the river, the weir and green fields and hills. The working water wheel is especially appealing. Very peaceful and quiet, but only minutes from Bath City Centre, either walking or via convenient bus stops. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place to stay.
