Good location for Bath University. Good continental breakfast.
Lovely staff , great room, got a little upgrade that i wasnt expecting, had a river view was beautiful looking out over the river. Good food and great views all around 👌
Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms/bathrooms very clean. Breakfast was nice . Walking distance to Bar/ restaurants. Overall very nice 2 nights 3 days.
Lovely place! Receptionists were delightful, breakfast was a nice little continental vibe and the rooms were exactly what you need super clean and comfortable
Solo female traveller, it was clean & comfy.
Best nights sleep I’ve had in a while actually.
Bit of a pain paying for car park in morning rather than at check in as it took a while for internet to connect. Car park is a squeeze but again not a major issue.
Staff were lovely too.

Beautiful location and the views of the river were stunning. Room was good and spacious with a great few of the river which really made up for everything else. Staff seemed to be a little unhelpful when it came to breakfast as we had no clue where to go, if we were to help ourselves or not.. we just got on with it in the end.. and there was limited options really. Value for money .. I would say it’s alittle over priced for what you get. You pay £30 deposit on top of what you paid for the room due to taxes and fees? Then pay on top for parking. Just seems little off. Bath was beautiful I must say

Parking is available on-site but was tight spaces. £10 per night for parking.
The room was very cosy (small). The bed was a small double, I actually had to sleep on the floor half way through the night as we were very hot and I needed to cool down.
They did supply a fan for the room.
There were 2 other bedrooms that were very close, so hearing others having conversations and banging doors.
I feel £14 for continental breakfast was a bit steep.
We had an evening meal which was ok.
Lovely garden and view over the river.
The patio was completely removed and under construction, which I'm sure will benefit future travelers, but made the outdoor patio unavailable to us during our stay. Despite that, the views from our room were beautiful.
We ate at the restaurant on-site and the food was very good. Continental breakfast was also nicely provided to start the day of adventuring. Staff were polite and helpful with suggestions and recommendations.
Onsite parking was the biggest deterrent. The parking slots were VERY close to one another, leaving very little room to maneuver and to get luggage and people in and out of the car once parked.
The hotel is outside of the city of Bath, so if you are looking for a quiet stay, within close driving or busing distance, this is a great location for you!

Loved the location of The Old Mill hotel, on arrival reception was welcoming and friendly.
The Hotel is an old building full of character.Room was clean .
The Italian Restaurant was ok, food was nice but not what we would call authentic Italian.
Disappointedly on our last night our food was significantly delayed, seemed our order was forgotten, after asking the waitress how much longer would our dinner be ,she carried on walking we sadly didn't even get a sorry I will find out for you ! The food was eventually brought to us 85minutes after ordering steak and chips ! Still no kind of an apology. This lack of customer service made a negative impact on our stay.

Hotel could do with abit of updating
But its in a good location for getting into bath
The room was amazing, the staff were super friendly especially as the day we arrived they were short staffed and running around doing reception and bar area. Food was superb, it was quite expensive for 1 night but well worth it

Very nice, cosy place in a good location, about a 12-minute journey from Bath city centre and close to the bus station. We stayed for one night only and had a beautiful, very spacious room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor.
