"I loved the fact that it was the fastest check-in ever. But we were 3 people and only left two duvets and towels for two. They brought us duvet and towels as soon as we requested, but if you set 3 beds, you are supposed to set 3 of everything. Also, our beds were not made during our stay of 4 nights. Having said that, people there were really kind, it was super clean, gardens well kept.....overall I would recommend this hotel."

"Self check in was not easy. No reception staff available. Room was clean, very basic, had to share a communal kitchen one floor above ours. Booked sea view, ours had huge buildings in front of our window with a little view of the water to the side if it! Very disappointed. "In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."
