"The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the old town. The staff were v friendly and helpful - on our first night they provided us with cold meats and cheese even though they don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are very light and clean."

The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. "Mangia’s have most things in place to receive 90%+ from every visitor but This is not Four Seasons, it’s mid range FYI. PROS: The location is stunning. The beach is fantastic. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area is great. The staff are very friendly, polite and in most cases speak good English, a basic criteria in any European hospitality business. The facilities and leisure options are also very good; Tennis, paddle, basketball, football, kayaking, it’s all there if you want to use it....
