"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. "This was our second time staying at this villa and for good reason. The host, Adriana, was incredibly accommodating and delivered the villa as advertised. Very clean and to our pleasant surprise, with some modern updates. AC was a nice addition for those hot afternoons. Location is perfect. Walking distance to market (5 min walk), the port (17 min walk), and of course the beaches (3 min walk to Baia Caddinas Beach). And important to note, WIFI was good. "The view, the location and the well laid out house made this the perfect place to call home for a week. We loved being able to walk to a grocery story and fantastic restaurants. The numerous patios and pool allowed us space to relax together or on our own. We'd highly recommend this home to others!"

"Many listings show pictures that turn out to be better than reality, but not so this villa. The quiet hillside location has a spectacular view over Porto Rotondo and the sea, and there was yacht racing while we were there to keep us entertained. The host were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had were quite small and fixed quickly, I'd just recommend a few more cooking plans for the oven in an otherwise well furnished property.
