"Stayed here for 1 night in late September 2025. The hotel is stunning, with fantastic grounds and gardens. The breakfast was fantastic, and we didn’t expect the chocolate brownie, which was a nice treat. The evening fine dining was expensive but delicious, and the ales and beers from vexin were top notch. The grounds around the hotel feel very safe, and we were able to store 2 bicycles in an outside storage facility, which was secure."

"The property has a magnificent setting on Seine river halfway between Giverny and Rouen. Tremendous riverview garden and balconies. Restaurant has very good food including breakfast & dinner! Comfortable bed and adequate bathrooms with outstanding walk in shower. The venue exudes nothing but charm!"

"Nous avons été surclassés dans la plus belle des chambres de l'hôtel sans rien demander. Une suite en fait. Quel luxe! Une chambre mêlant la décoration traditionnelle et le design. Vraiment top. L'hôtellerie de grande classe. Tout cela dans un des plus beaux village de France. Superbe avec le soleil qui était de la partie. Un seul bémol qui n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel: les commerçants des alentours qui n'ont pas appris l'amabilité. "

"Very authentic. Lots of decor and history. Didn't take the breakfast but the nice lady made me a cup of coffee which I enjoyed while watching the mist on the river with the fish jumping in the early hours of the morning."
