The hotel is charming and in a lovely setting on the river. It feels like they have recently updated the rooms and bathrooms but the carpets are horrendous. When you walk into the hallways the stains are so bad that I didn't want to stay there and was immediately worried about the rooms. The rooms were nice but with the same terrible carpet. FIrst impressions matter and it is a bad first impression. The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast was great with views of the river. No elevator to the second floor but the staff helped with the bags.

Room was clean. People weee nice. But AC did not work. We let the generator ent desk know right away. They said technician will fix. But we had to stay with out AC through out and it was super hot. It was hard to sleep / stay in the room.

Fantastic hotel in the Vexin region, good stop off if visiting Chateau Gaillard or Monet's Garden (they are a short drive away) plus many other lovely spots.

Enchanting hotel in quiet town outside Paris near Giverny Normandy. Great restaurant on property with terrific team taking great care of guests! Idylic on the river location. Highly recommend!

This hotel has a very nice feeling, we had an excellent room, also with a good outlook overlooking the river, the restaurant was good but prices were the most expensive we encountered in any hotel during our two week tour of France.

Chic, modern boutique hotel with large rooms and helpful friendly staff. An hour from Paris and near the gardens of Givernay. The restaurant wasn’t open Monday or Tuesday and the town of Pacy-Sue-Eure is greatly lacking in restaurants so you have to drive 25/30 mins for a restaurant.

Tranquil Vernon! Worth checking it out!

Beautiful hotel, we felt welcomed and appreciated the vibe! When we arrived there were many patrons sitting on the front lawn, enjoying the sunset, by the streaming river flow! Such a tranquil place! ❤️ It was the Best part of our trip from Paris to Normandy Beach, as we needed the rest. But this hotel provided so much more, as they were kind at the Front Desk, and served us a FANTASTIC DINNER, with a view! Lovely & Welcoming personnel! We will definitely return! ❤️
