"There had been smokers in the room before me. One desk clerk dismissed my concern and said it must have been smoke blown in. But no, the stench was terrible. I should have asked for a different room but was too tired. I know guests don't always follow the rules. You should have some way to fumigate the room when this occurs and fine guests who do smoke. They should be told upfront. If the next guest using that room reports smoke, then they will be charged."

Unfortunately the day before we arrived there was a heavy downpour of rain and the hotel had flooded but the team had worked quickly to sort things out and it was lovely. "Comfy beds, nice balconies, very quick walk to the beach. All of the staff, but esp housekeeping staff, were kind and friendly. I didn’t realize it’s street parking only. We were able to find a spot relatively close even though it was in August. Very hot and stuffy in the gym so just worked out on the balcony with my resistance bands. "

"Good location a short walk away from the beach. Great pool. Clean room - noisy aircon so the hotel gave another room at no cost. Very nice staff. Not a good food selection from the bar menu - only pizza or baguette recommend to have more options. Spa shop near by. Bus to Palma near by.
