"Excellently situated opposite the train station, 5 minutes walk from the bus station which takes you to the airport, plus right on the Grand Canal. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, with restaurant suggestions. They even remembered our names and had our room ready for an early check in as we came back from our travels for an extra night here. Room well decorated and clean. Good buffet breakfast. "

We arrived a bit late BUT the staff ensured we could have a late mid-afternoon lunch/early supper at a restaurant next door, even though they were closing soon! What has changed since our last stay 10 years ago was the complimentary breakfast is now served in another hotel a couple doors down but SO worth it! Beautiful environment & great food! "

The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place. "
