"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. The impression is that the building and grounds are far bigger than they are and there is more...

"The property was ok, nothing special or fancy. They didn’t even have an iron to use and had to find one for me to use for a wedding I was there for. They also didn’t have towels for the pool, so as a guest who don’t plan on bringing those items, just beware. They ultimately did end up finding an emergency iron to let me use but it was very stressful for me. "

The staff were friendly and helpful and the secure parking at the winter rate of 7€ was I thought very reasonable. The location for the historic part Gandía was perfect. The meals in the restaurant at 12€ for a set menu (3 choices x 3 course both at lunchtime and evening dinner was very good. Breakfast we did not use. "
