We liked the location, the rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Liked that the extra bed was already set up once we arrived. The things we did not like were that no shampoo or conditioner were provided, not enough towels, no small hand towels. The bathroom floor and tub are slippery, very slippery. The shower head was leaky. The beds need comforters. The room needs an ironing board and iron.

La receptioniste prend en photo votre carte de crédit et votre pièce d'identité avec son téléphone personnel. J'ai dû faire opposition à ma carte de crédit. Pratique illégale confirmée par la Guardia Civil lors du dépôt de plainte. J'imagine qu'il y a un risque de revente de vos papiers sur internet par certains employés de l'hôtel peu scrupuleux. Affaire a suivre.

Pokój zapłacony upgrade do Deluxe miało być 42 M2 - nie było. Przy bardzo niskim obłożeniu hotelu brak możliwości zrobienia late check-out o 1 godzinę - chcieli dodatkowej opłaty 40 €.

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la mer et ma chambre donnait vue sur la mer. Le personnel a été très agréable. Les deux petits points d'attention est que pour le prix de la chambre je m'attendais à du plus haut standing (matériel parfois vieillissant) et surtout le matin où j'ai du partir la réceptionniste de la veille m'avait réservé soi-disant un taxi et le matin son collègue me dit que ce n'était pas possible de réserver donc j'ai eu un coup de panique de rater mon train (et mon avion) mais finalement heureusement que j'avais anticipé.
