"This hotel was a real find. A lovely stay and was a real lovely place to come back to at the end of a busy day out. The rooms were very well appointed modern, clean with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If I had to be really picky I would have liked a wider range of food available for breakfast as in a selection of bread not just brown or white sliced, and freshly prepared fresh fruit. Alternatives for people who do not appreciate English Breakfast at that early time in the morning....

"Stayed in New Quay many times but this was our first stay at The Penwig and it didnt disappoint. We booked a sea view room which was lovely as you could sit in the morning and watch the dolphins out in the bay. The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfasts were tasty with a few choices and also catered for vegetarians. The staff were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. "We had the most amazing stays. The inn keepers are super friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Our first night we decided to dine in their restaurant. The food selection and quality was as good as any fine dining restaurant. We ended up eating there all four of our nights. The breakfast in the morning also offered many choices and was delicious. We did not want to leave. It is truly the nicest B & B we have ever stayed in. "
