"The hotel is a little way from the town centre but is walkable. there is a local tram service directly in front of the hotel for moving around the town. It is a modern hotel with efficient self check-in, clean rooms with nice touch like the free bottle of water included and the staff were friendly and helpful. "We stayed in the family apartment. The bedroom was clean, spacious and comfortable. The main room was extremely spacious even with the sofa bed made up. The kitchen was well catered with a fridge and hob and any kit we needed to cater for ourselves. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. Hot food, cereals, fruit & pastries etc. along with a wide selection of teas and coffees. Will most definitely stay here again!"

"All good but when I tired to check in the receptionist told me I can't stay in hotel becouse I don't work in Germany. After long conversation I was allowed to stay. In the morning was very loud noise from out side. There is garage very closed to hotel. Overall good service,very clean, nice room."

"The hotel is lovely, spotless, comfy, great beds and best of all has opening windows for actual fresh air!! The car park is payable and there also a city tax on arrival. We even rented a couple of brollies from the machine in reception! It is a short walk to the U-bahn into town and there are a couple of very nice Italian restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is adequate (it is a budget hotel after all!) and we would happily stay here again. "

Parking can be challenging in the area, but the hotel has its own parking as well. "We loved the appearance of the hotel; it was so clean and the staff were professional, albeit a bit cold and less welcoming than anticipated. However, we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to return in the future. We did find the construction noise in the morning a little jarring, but we understand that it was just part of the renovations and the hotel could not control the noise, so we were not bothered too much. Overall a very pleasant stay!"
