I stayed here on two consecutive weekends as I was attending performances at the Opera House, for which the hotel is very well located. It is also am easy walk from the train station. Recently modernised the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly and a special shout out to Anna on reception who went above-and-beyond in being so helpful.

Staff is nice, The hotel is clean. House keeping every 3days, and there’s no room service, There’s absolutely no extra services at this hotel except breakfast. There’s not even a vending machine If you run out of water.

Yes comfortable modern design hotel just lacking basic extras you would expect like Water,Tea and Coffee in room. Breakfasts very disappointing especially after reading previous reviews only hot option for 2 days was terrible scrambled eggs and last day they added boiled eggs. Basically continental breakfast type only.

I stayed in this property recently, having been on one of my frequent trips to Germany to see friends, family and have a break. Initially I stumbled upon this hotel given its affordability. It's safe to say that I wasn't disappointed. Initially, upon check-in, the receptionist told me that there was no record of my booking, though once I provided proof and she took a photograph of it, I was provided with my room key and was in. This was a common sense solution. Following this I was informed that rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days. Presumably this is part of a sustainability drive? I didn't have an issue with this, plus it meant that I didn't have to rush out of the room every morning, especially after an evening in Hubert's Kneipe, just around the corner. Overall the room was clean, the staff were friendly and the free coffee machine in the main reception was an added bonus on a morning. The locale is ideal for many kinds of visitor, with Kneipen, restaurants, shopping, good transport connections and a healthy amount of walkable infrastructure surrounding this hotel. All in all a good hotel which I would happily recommend to anyone.

I will never go next time.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Hotel prices were very high because of the exhibition ans soccer events, and I had to do everything myself for the service. If I need a new towel, I had to ask for it, and I had to ask for toilet paper. That was not just for me, it was a form of service in this hotel. It was very shocking. There was no refrigerator in the room, not even a cup. The price is five stars, but the service was the lowest. I have no good memories of Dortmund because of this hotel. If you want a high price, I think the quality of service should be improved as much.
