The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "

We are spoiled in USA :) still it was great stay, TV had all important info on the screen: checkin, checkout, cleaning time, WiFi info, discounts in local stores, weather. All on welcoming screen. Toothbrush, hearbrush, raider, hair tie, slippers, ukata. No lotion though, bring yours. "
