"Property is dated, definitely older than other hotels in the area, but they keep it pretty well/clean. Very basic hotel, but perfect for us; we just came back to sleep at night, didn’t spend all the money to fly to Tokyo to stay in a hotel. Bus stop is 3 minutes away, Shinjuku metro station 15 min, very convenient. There’re many eateries & shop in the area (mostly Korean as Shinjuku is the major K-town of Tokyo). Definitely would stay here again!"

"Went in May. Bunk was warm but not unbearable, although had no need for the quilt. I found the mattress quite comfortable, and although the compartment was small I was able to move around inside comfortably. Noise does travel easily between adjacent compartments for those easily disturbed. I fear that on one heavy-drinking night I may have been the snoring disturbance, so bear this in mind. "We booked this place last minute and we are had we did. The space of the room and bathroom were great and the location was perfect. Accesible to everything by train and walking distance to Shinjuku. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"A short walk to the subway and Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The property is quite dated and there was no escalator at the front entrance. Had to carry big suitcases up the stairs."
