"Difficult check in process for a group of 4. The front desk person was being very difficult and would not assist and kept confusing the process. Showers are on a separate floor from capsules. There is no space to open suitcase in lockers and with multiple people in the same aisle it is stressful to get ready in the morning. The lockers are too small and the curtain for the pods are terrible. Did not feel secure at all. "

There was peeling paint and smudges on the walls and floor but the price was still worth it. Close to Shin Okubo station and a 7/11. Not many good restaurants nearby I thought. Also prostitutes hang out down the street from the hotel."
