"My first time staying here and will stay again the next time. My twin bedroom and bathroom are very clean for a friendly budget hotel. Staffs are nice and spoke perfect English. Location was excellent with a lot restaurants nearby and walkable to all shopping mall. They offered free coffee, tea, and orange juice in the morning and also free toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion and etc. at the lobby. "

"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

"Room was perfect size. TV, Bluetooth in room and bathroom, ‘camping’ style amenities. Big bathtub in a good sized wet/shower room. Separate toilet. Breakfast delivered by preferable time every morning with vegan and gluten free options. Snacks, ice cream, drinks and soup in the lobby. Staff was super nice and they Gave us a gift when we left. Walking distance to main Shinjuku station and all the shopping. Would stay again."
"Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Gut zu Fuß zur den diversen Bahnen erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Comfort Zimmer für 4 Personen. Da wir mit Rollstuhl reisen, war es sehr beengt. Ansonsten von der Größe (ohne Rollstuhl) vollkommen ausreichend. "

"Easy check-in and out and gorgeous views from the top floor. Really enjoyed our stay here! In-room laundry was our decision point, was super helpful for us but the standard load time is 4 hours FYI. Spacious room and bathroom, free coffee but expensive breakfast which we skipped. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Area seemed great for restaurants as well, although we had dinner plans in another neighborhood. Very convenient to Shinjuku station and easy to get around to all of Tokyo from...

Hotel was extremely convenient for travel around Shinjuku on foot and greater Tokyo area by train/subway. Conbini just across the road and behind hotel.
Room was well sized for Japan and very comfortable / quiet / clean.
