"The hotel is a short walk from the Nishi Shinjuku metro station and about a 20min one from the main train station in Shinjuku. The room is small but typical for Tokyo standards, clean and well appointed. The beds are comfy! Breakfast was good but there can be a wait for tables during busy times. Staff were helpful, especially housekeeping. "

"This hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The location is about a 20 min walk from all of the sights around Shinjuku. It would have been easier to be closer to Shinjuku station. The gym is tiny and has no towels or water, which was a huge minus. In fact, it is quite hard to find enough water at the hotel. The complimentary bottles were not enough. A water station would be a great addition to not only the gym, but the hotel."

"It’s was a good stay overall. Room were extremely small. We had to remove the heater and chair in the hallway just to fit our luggage in the room. Barely any floor space maybe suitable for a couple but not a couple with a child no space. Very outdated room and old. Showers were like a crisis shower again no room for amenities. Average place to stay."
