Incredibly convenient location next to train station, a full supermarket as well as family mart and 7-11. Very well equipped apartment with all the little things that make a difference. No detail detailed missed right down to having a laundry basket for clothes. We stayed in other hotel apartments in Japan and flower Terrace was the best as far as being fully equipped for cooking, laundry, etc. Yes it’s small but having additional doors to close off the hallway bathroom and toilet made a huge difference. And they provided a baby crib which was so helpful and our baby slept well in it.

This location is a great spot for a small family wanting to stay on the outskirts of the city but not too far away from all of the things to do. Place was clean, had all of the amenities that we needed and the staff kept great contact with us. Any question we had was answered quickly! I highly recommend this spot!!

Close enough to Shinjuku action (though on the quieter side), but more spacious than other hotels! The water pressure was great, shower was spacious and saved my aching muscles every night. Room is in good condition. However, the room is perfect for 2-3 adults but 4 made it so tight and we have not much space for luggage. The area however is very nice , walkable to everything but shinjuku station is quite far especially if you’re pushing a big luggage. All in all, it was a good stay.

Loved the modern look of the room. It was very clean and the kitchen had nice amenities. The check in and check out was smooth. They allow you to leave your luggages locked in a safe place after checking out, which was very helpful for us because our flight was not until much later in the evening. Convenient stores were located so close to the hotel and the train station was just on the corner. So the hotel’s location was very convenient. We really enjoyer our stay!
