"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay. "

I don't know if it's convenient for people with accessibility issues however there is a sign to call for staff support if you are in need.
