"Excellent"

"I was super surprised by the quality of the room and property for the price. The floor I was on had an onsen and there was complementary amenities available also. The staff was super nice. The only thing is it is located quite aways from the stations so its a bit of a walk."

"Generally a good experience but would have enjoyed a better view from room."

"We stayed at the Main Tower this time around. We enjoyed the large rooms which were clean and well equipped. We were offered to use the 45th floor lounge for breakfast and afternoon snacks which totally upgraded the experience of staying in this luxury hotel for us. The staff at the 45th floor concierge were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel's location is Superb!!"

"Top Unterkunft, super Lage. Direkt verbunden mit dem Bahnhof Shibuya, Shibuya scramble mall und 2 weiteren Malls. Im Hotel unten drin ist auch eine mall mit Restaurants und Cafés. Zimmer waren geräumig und mit einer Hammer Aussicht. Haben uns total wohl hier gefühlt. Frühstück war okay, gab auch ein paar Früchte und z.B. Avocado zum Frühstück. Eierspeisen werden frisch auf Bestellung gemacht."

"Locations is not conducive for traveler who want to see top 10 sights Taxi will cost you 10000 yen a day to get to any place of interest Spa and swimming pool are great, Restaurants wonderful View from the room is one of a kind"

"Had a pleasant stay here. The location is pretty much unbeatable. Don’t think you could get any closer to the train station. The layout and design of the rooms is where this hotel really shines. It is very thoughtfully designed so there is a LOT of storage and places to put your suitcases. My husband and I were both able to fully unpack all our clothes for our 9 day stay and put away our three suitcases so they weren’t in the way. The laundry machine in the room is super helpful and having a...

"The hotel was excellent and staff were very welcoming and would acknowledge you every time you passed by. The breakfast is really good, so I would recommend it. Definitely worth the money spent and a really good location."

"Awesome place"

"This is a very basic hotel in a great location. The bed linens are cheap synthetic materials that don’t breathe so you wake up sweaty every morning. Our room had visible mold growing on the ceiling around the AC duct. The housekeeping staff does not make beds or tidy rooms, only provides new towels upon request. No yea or coffee provided in the room. There is a washer/dryer in every room which is probably the only redeeming quality. I wouldn’t stay there again but my husband says he would."

"Love hotels in Japan!"

"Great location- liked the 1br suite, includes wet bar and snacks as well as nice breakfast options."

"The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helfpul!"
