"The room was tiny but so thoughtful and functionally done. Perfect for a single traveler who doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but also comfortable enough to relax and spend a morning in. Lots of outlets for charging, lots of hooks and hangers and space under the bed to make it suitcases, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The only reason I rated the amenities a 4/5 is because I didn’t use them, but if they were like my room, I’m sure they were great."

"Amazing hotel!! We stayed there 8 nights and then extended 2 more nights for a total of 10 nights. Super convenient area a short minute walk away from the train station. In a nicer quieter area vs Shibuya and Shinjuku, but just a train ride away from them. A Lawsons and 7/11 is super close by, as well as fast food and local restaurants. The staff was super nice and always willing to help. Super clean place. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"I think Okay sums it up nicely. Nothing wow, but does the job. Locations is great as very close to main station in Shinjuku as well as all the tourist sites. I’ve stayed in a few hotels here in Japan and this one’s definitely on the smaller side. Room is tiny, no space for suitcase except under the bed. The bathroom was small but manageable. The only real negative for us was the uncomfortable beds/pillows. Woke up sore each morning, so if comfort is high on your priorities then probably skip this hotel. Oh and housekeeping doesn’t actually clean the room, they just make the beds and give new towels, which was fine for us. Overall not horrible, but an okay experience"

"Very nice, comfortable, modern place to land in Shibuya. Staff was welcoming and helpful. After staying for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip, we ended up booking our last night in Tokyo here. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front looked at us and said “Welcome back!”"

"Staff that assisted us were good and super helpful we have to write some stuff in a slip for our luggage and they pretty much did it for us so it was really helpful. But then another staff that was helping someone else was clearly not as helpful AC was nice and powerful. Room cleaning was great the dryer for laundry did not work though. But food was amazing for breakfast at both restaurants though the view was better from the restaurant on the 25th."
