"It started terribly. When we arrived @ 5pm - we were told the room was not ready. And we were told to "walk around and come back" and come back. We arrived after 5pm The hotel website indicated, that check in was @ 3pm - clients expect to be able to check in and have rooms ready at 3pm. Check in process was very slow. It seems like they were not aware that they had a big booking that day. I was with a big group. However, the staff was very apologetic and tried their best to work as fast as possible. I would like to reiterate, if you advertise check in is at 3 pm - have your rooms ready @ 3pm. Don't tell your clients "walk around and come back." When people travel, most of the time they are very exhausted, and to be told to "walk around and come back" 2 hours after designated check in time - is not going to be received pleasantly."

"We stayed here for just under a week and loved it. Lots of choice at breakfast, very clean, excellent amenities, but the best part was the staff. They were so polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!"
