8/10 Good
"Our stay was delightful. The staff were very kind & provided immediate, polite & thoughtful service. Our room had a nice view of Sensoji Kaminarimon Gate. Located close to shopping & dining choices. The train & subway were within easy walking distance. I would be happy to stay here again it was so convenient. The food was very good European cuisine with a Japanese twist. Very tasty! Don’t miss out on the exceptional curry. I bought 4 boxes to take home! We had not originally planned to stay here but our reservation at another hotel had unexpectedly cancelled and so we booked the last room available which was a smoking room. The smoke smell was unfortunate & the room was small. The front desk politely accommodated us with a room change the next day as the hotel was fully booked the first night we arrived. The beds & pajamas are so comfortable! The bar had a terrific jazz night the food & the music were unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel is excellent for getting to/from the airport with Airport Limousine bus right outside. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only thing that let down my stay was that the shower didn’t work properly - it sprayed all over the room or the wall but not on me! A simple thing to notice I would think."
