"My family had a wonderful time when we stayed at Asakusa View Annex for 5 nights in early June. It is in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Almost everyone working here is so eager to help. Only one minor unpleasant thing. Coming from the United States, we are used to refilling our water bottles whenever we can. But the young lady working at the Lounge on June 1st was so rigid that she showed me a message in her phone using translation app that we are not allowed to take food or drinks out of the lounge. When I told her we did not take anything, she pointed at the water dispenser and pointed at my own reusable water bottle. I could not help but laughing. I told her we were sorry about that. The hotel cleaning staff replenished bottled water everyday for us for free. I don’t understand why we can’t refill our water bottles from the dispenser because it is more environmentally friendly."

"Clean, fairly spacious rooms - the layout was different than typical hotel rooms with the sink in the bedroom area but it wasn't an issue - very helpful staff, nice quiet area still close to Senso-ji and nice restaurants - only complaint is that we couldn't seem to find a microwave on the property to heat up konbini meals"

"We traveled with a 4 yr old and 21 month old. Added an extra bed (total 3) and all of us slept fine. There was plenty of space for 2 large luggage + 1 carry on and all our souvenirs. Hotel is close to everything- shopping, claw machine, gachapon, restaurants, supermarkets. You name it, its within walking distance. We took the taxi quite a bit during our stay and had no issues as they were always parked outside. Room was clean, AC is cold and windows were sound proof. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families. My 4yo LOVED the bidet 😀"
