I like the proximity to Shibuya and major metro lines. I didn't like the smell in the washroom and the carpet seems dirty. I paid attention before and after cleaning schedule and the carpet seems not cleaned. There is also a stain on the carpet by the fridge.

Only downside was that there is only one small elevator that takes a while to reach a floor, and there were renovations throughout the hotel that we were not aware of until we were on property. check-in was confusing, but checked out was convenient as it provided a key drop off location.
