"Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here."

"Great location and amenities, but one disappointing interaction The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items, and the lounge access was absolutely worth it—great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, but surprisingly lacks seating. We sat near the cloak room area on what appeared to be a bench (there were no signs indicating otherwise at the time). A young male employee approached and rudely told us to “get off” without offering any explanation. It was an unpleasant interaction that contrasted sharply with the rest of our experience. Overall, a good stay with excellent amenities, though that moment left a negative impression."

"We loved Remm Roppongi, we actually cancelled our last hotel and came back to Remm at the end of our trip because we enjoyed the hotel and area so much! The rooms were super clean, the size was more than enough for 2 people! They have multiple options for daily cleaning that allow for eco friendly options! The front desk staff helped us arrange our Yamato transport and were super friendly when we were asking a million questions! There’s a cafe and soba restaurant just steps away as well as 4 different train stations within a 5 minute walk! The neighbourhood itself offers beautiful architecture and quiet day time activities and lots of places in the evening if nightlife is more of a vibe! 10/10 would stay again on our next trip!"

"I've stayed at this hotel several times & will continue to do so. The prices are very reasonable, polite staff, great breakfast buffet & the airporter bus stop is right outside the street entrance. The only down side is the extremely long check-in line. It was a 45 minute wait to check-in! "
