"Staff is unpredictable efficient they really make you feel they are there for you … they propose to communicate via WhatsApp and ask them several times I needed ice in the room before arriving to the room and there it was the bucket of ice everything on the mini bar is free (champagne, chateuneuf du pape red and white wine) whiskey, gin, cognac, vodka, beer and they refill it every day… I have already reserve three night for our upcoming visit to Tokyo in June, 2027 the location could not be...

"Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. The breakfast was great."

"Great location, great staff, good view of Tokyo if you're lucky. I was amazed when we checked out. We asked where we could catch the airport bus. We had large suitcases and cumbersome bags. They said take a taxi to a nearby hotel and wait for the bus there, so much easier than struggling to the stop at the confusing Shiboya Station. And then they paid for the taxi! Small gestures like that mean a lot to us. I recommend this hotel highly."

"The staff was incredibly helpful. The location is amazing with walkable sites and easy access to subway and JR rail locations. Had an fantastic time. 10/10."

"Was a good room with a good amount of space for 4 people. I would go there again if I am in the Shinjuku area."

"The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any request that we might have needed. Everything you need for an easy, stress free, 5 star stay is all here. Thank you for everything!"

"Great place!"

"very good"

"Great location. Lovely terrace, where one can enjoy a free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. We had a washer/dryer machine available in our room, which was very convenient."

"The staff at the hotel is super awesome and helpful. I stay here from time to time when traveling to Tokyo for work. Good location."

"I loved this hotel except…the lobby turns into a party/social area at night and there is little/no soundproofing in the rooms. So one night my room on the 2nd floor literally vibrated and thumped until the music stopped around 11pm. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and in a great location."
