This was the perfect accommodation for our time in Tokyo. Close enough to the action of Shinjuku without being too busy. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel a 10 walk to bus, train stations and main streets of Shinjuku for food, entertainment, shopping etc. We like that there are Family Marts and vending machines downstairs for snacks. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

This was a great apartment hotel. Wonderful location, quiet, friendly staff and loved that we had a kitchenette & washer dryer. We were also there when the earthquake hit at 2am and we felt very safe and staff did a great job at communicating and keeping us informed. I’d definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us!

Great location, sizeable room , fantastic washer dryer in room super useful, quiet and safe, very friendly staff. Only down side was a super hard bed and pillows, however after asking for some mattress padding and different pillows all was sorted .

Convenient location in shinjuku - 3 min walk from 3 train stations & easy access to shinjuku , shibuya, harajuku. Balcony was a nice touch , so was the rooftop communal space. Free coffee drinks & tea & self serve essential toiletries (razors, toothbrush, mouthwash, hair an accessories, moisturizing products, etc…). Check in / check out was easy & staff were very accommodating & helpful.

Room was clean and tidy everyday and staff also came back later in the day if we used the do not disturb sign. Location is great for walking to and from shinjuku but on the down side the area around after 9pm is not great for children other than that it’s a great place to stay

Our family of four loved staying here! Shower room had amazing pressure and hot water and bath tub. The coffee machine and patio on the 11th floor was also wonderful. They also helped keep our luggage on checkout day while we went out for a bit before our flight. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the deluxe bunk room and loved it! The room was spacious enough to open 4 luggages…we loved the in room laundry and kitchen! The location is convenient as it’s only a few min walk to the subway station. Will definitely stay here again!

The property itself was well keep as well as the rooms. Our stay was better than expected. I was looking for a hotel that can accommodate a family of four and this fit the bill. Also, the location was quiet and convenient. I would recommend and stay here again.
