The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo
5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (540)
"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "

The B Akasaka
3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1010)
"A perfectly decent hotel in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and within a 5-10 minute walk to multiple metro stops. There are also a wide variety of restaurants and a number of conbini in the neighborhood for food. I thought we might regret not staying in the middle of “the action” (i.e. closer to Shinjuku or Shibuya) but we experienced serious sensory overload in those neighborhoods and were extremely happy to return each night to this quiet pocket of the city....

"Basic details: 2 travelers (couple), each with a backpack, carry-on and large luggage. we got the King bed room. The room: it’s small but that’s expected for Japan. It has AC that you can control to whatever you’d like and if you’re from the U.S like us it has a conversion table so you can tell what it is in Fahrenheit. Oh don’t forget to place your room key in the slot by the door- it activates all the lights and TV in the room (I think this is a thing in Eastern Asia because we had to do the...
