The service from all the staff was outstanding, especially Krishna at the front desk, who helped us with directions to the train station, recommended great places nearby, and gave us a helpful introduction to the hotel amenities. It’s a perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with kids and looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. Easily the best place to stay in Shinjuku!"
