Right in the heart of where I needed to be to get to the start gates for Tokyo Marathon. I was so pleased and happy to find laundry room in the hotel for me to use afterwards too! Staff is wonderful and so many places to shop and explore. So close to transit station too! Perfect location and awesome staff service.

It was a typical hotel-style setup, with a reasonably sized room and a combo-style bathroom. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast option was good. The only downsides were that the hotel provided only one set of bath and hand towels, and the bathroom had a bad smell—especially a moldy odor coming from the shower curtain. As for the washing machine, it was a washer–dryer combination unit and did an awful job drying clothes. I used a one-hour drying cycle, and even with a small amount of laundry, the clothes were still damp. It would have been much better if the washer and dryer were separate units. Other than that, it was an acceptable place to stay.

Great location if you’re ok with a short walk to any transit lines. Staff were really helpful and always available. The only downside is that the lobby is on the 2nd floor so if you have a lot of luggage, you either have to carry them down a set of stairs or lug them through the convenience store on the ground floor when you leave. But having a 24 hr convenience store was very helpful.
