"Room was clean when we arrived. Beddings we’re good and bed is comfortable. We liked the amenities provided like facial wash/lotion…. We stayed for 3 days and did not request the room to be cleaned. On the 2nd day, the bathroom smells bad already; we did not bother asking as have 1 day to go. I would suggest travellers to have the room cleaned everyday if they wish to stay longer. "

"This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. Large rooms, very clean and very quiet which is surprising since it is located in Shinjuku the entertainment center in the city. Wonderfull staff speak English and assist in every way. They even deliver a newspaper to my room every day at no charge. Excellent breakfast Buffett in morning. This should be considered a four star hotel."
