"We stayed for 3 nights in late May. We were on the top floor with a view overlooking the street. The streets were predominantly pedestrian although vehicles were allowed. All the narrow streets around us were lined we to stores and restaurants . We could walk to the beach in about 3 minutes and when there you could either rent beds or lie on the steeply sloped pebbles. The hotel lent out beach towels at no cost . "This is a very eco friendly hotel. I loved the location, 3 min wak from metro and 10 min walk from Nice-Ville train station. Old town was clise too. Amazing staff and very nice breakfast. Room was clean and just as pictured!"

"Good location close to train station, decent size room with basics. The walls seem a bit thin and could hear the traffic outside as well as some of the neighbors but overall a nice experience. Very close to some grocery shops, restaurants, and the main Massena / Jean-Medecin areas. We did not purchase the breakfast but rather went to some of the cafes and restaurants for breakfast each day. Would stay here again!"

"An excellent place to stay on our short 3 night visit to beautiful nice. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Very welcoming and helpful staff in the breakfast room. Comfortable room (bit small) Great shower and good sized bathroom. The hotel was in a great location off the main shopping street and within walking distance to airport train, city tram, bars, restaurants & shops."

"Perfect location for exploring the city, and within 10minutes to metro and train stations. Hotel staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. Room was cosey, quite small but for somewhere to sleep and shower it worked well. Plugs in the room were temperamental, with neither plugs at bedside tables working.
