Wanted to spend the night in Nice. Found Hotel Du Midi was located near the train station and beach! The staff was friendly and quick! The room was clean, comfortable, and great price!

Good no frills hotel

Good no frills basic hotel in central Nice. Helpful staff, quick efficient check in. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Good option for a couple of nights. 10 minute walk to tram station for airport connection at Jean Medecin.

This is a great place to stay in Nice! It is a little bit out of the tourist area (less than a 5 min walk and you’ll start to hit those stores and restaurants though) which we preferred. The room was super clean and it had a very cute window with French shutters (loved!!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. You could easily walk to lots of restaurants and shops, a bit of a further walk to old Nice but we were content to walk and see the city! There were also tram stops nearby - which we took back from old Nice if we got tired and to/from the airport.

Great hotel to stay at while spending time in Nice. Was close to the train station, nice old town and was Surrounded by many restaurants and food options too. The room was a good size as well. The bathroom was fairly small but for two people, it was manageable.

I was tired after my trip and greatly appreciated the friendliness of the man who checked me in. There's a ramp up to where the elevator is located, so it's easy to navigate with suitcases. Room was small, but that was fine, and the barhroom appears to be recently renovated. It even had a small balcony with a couple of chairs.
