"I had a junior suite with my family which included a 2 year old. There was no fridge, microwave or kettle in the room. The restaurant staff either did not understand English well or were just got 2 of or 4 orders wrong and our meals were served at least 15 minutes apart, so one person was done eating before the next got their meal. The service in both the bar and restaurant was very slow. The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although included, was insufficient with limited fresh fruit, no berries and only plain yogurt."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent."

Cuando llegué no había jabón en el baño y aunque se los pedí, no pusieron jabón durante toda mi estancia. La camioneta del shuttle está muy sucia y deteriorada y los conductores son todos muy groseros. Yo nunca volvería a Geographotel, hay varios hoteles cercanos que seguramente son mejores."
